La Fine Blanche is best enjoyed chilled. Delicious as an apéritif, it goes exceptionally well with smoked or marinated fish, salmon in particular, as well as caviar and roquefort cheese. Served at the end of a meal, it goes perfectly with sorbet or a chocolate dessert (like a mousse or molten chocolate cake). It can be savored with coffee like any excellent fruit brandy, and is equally delicious as part of a cocktail.
